i like the screamin blues pedal better....had a more scratchy/sizzly tone to it...love it to death and only about 40 bucks

I was thinking about getting on of these, but I need a delay pedal as well. I'm gonna start making a kick ass peadal board, so when I get a new amp, I'm all set. I'm running a modeler right now, so I've got all my effects built in. So when I move to a new amp, I'm gonna be dry as a bone. Figured if I start now with buying some pedals, I'll have a kickass wet setup to move to my next Amp Head (Mesa Mark IV FTW)

Hmm I didn't realize that one had the same control style. I might have to get that one, too.
The Bad Monkey is neat. You can use it for so many different things. I've been liking it lately leaving the level where it isn't actually boosting, and just running the treble and bass really high for the actual boost. It has a surprising amount of boost to it that way, but it sounds totally different. I think it's good for sweep picking and stuff like that, since it makes the higher notes thicker and more articulate. It sounds neat just playing with that as the regular sound, too, but that's a bit too compressed for me.
