Someone out there has to have this. It's called Always With Me, Never With You. You can tell it's a skilled player because he knows exactly where to put the horrid notes. It's so fucking funny it'll bring tears to your eyes. Have you seen it? Have it? Share it! BTW....huge Joe fan from the early days.

No, but it sounds hilarious!

I'll look forward to someone finding it.

I remember seeing this as well, I hope someone finds it - was hilarious

There were some hilarious "shred" videos years ago where a clearly talented guy overdubbed horrible playing onto videos of Vai and Santriani and others.

The Vai Tender Surrender Shreds video literally had me crying laughing I thought it was so damn funny.

But they were all taken down. From the comments, it seems like too many people didn't get the joke and I guess the artists/labels sent take down notices.

What a shame. Our world has changed to such a degree, that some people are just overly sensitive and fragile. Back in the day, if you did not like something, you would just ignore it and move on. But these days, everyone wants to launch a counterattack, ban things, and "cancel" the person that envisioned it.

I assume the artists feared that people really thought they sucked that bad, but I honestly might be more willing to buy a ticket to see Vai perform a version of Tender Surrender like that haha.

I think that particular vid was called Blender Surrender and it was so damn funny, especially because of all of Vai's facial expressions.

Yep, some of the funniest were from Malmsteen; especially where they just used his original spoken words from "Arpeggios from Hell" and cut and paste it to a different order...
Like "Hello everyone, my name is Yngwie Malmsteen...FROM HELL! If you *do* want to play along...I see you next time"

That shit was hilarious too, but he (or his management) had 0 humor...

Love these things! Especially if they go to the mic and complete gibberish is there but matches the mouth.

The originator of the "Shreds" videos (and the best) was St. Sanders. There are still lots of those videos up on his channel, but no Satriani.

This one is my favorite. Makes me laugh every time:

And these Yngwie ones are hilarious:
