"inner" light on the rear panel is on

Hi there. I'm new to tube amps and I'm using a pre-owned Einstein 100W. It was really great and quiet, until last night. It became more noisy and the overdrive sounds weird. I also noticed that the blue LED named "inner" on the rear panel is on, right next to the text of "replace tubes and fuses".

Does this mean I have to change the "inner" tubes and "fuses"? And if so, which tubes are the inner ones?

Thank you for the help.

Did you already sent an email to the service address ?
