Installed an Aldrich neck bucker in my S4.

Liked it soo much i ordered the bridge Aldrich to replace the SSH+, well i also wanted a matching zebra. I guess i just like humbuckers as i had a hard time bonding with the guitar with the 2 single coils. But the single coil in the middle of the H/S/H still gives some versatility. Really liking it now. :rock:
 
I got my S4 with the the SSV/FL/SSH+ setup...that lasted about two weeks and I swapped the buckers out for the Aldrich's too.

It sounds much better with the Aldrich's...I've read that there's not a lot of difference between the SSH+ and an Aldrich, but I thought the SSH+ was a little flat sounding.

I want to add a push pull to split the neck bucker but I'm not sure it will still "auto-split" then on the in-between positions of the 5-way...

Hey, i ordered it from Guitar Asylum on Saturday. Hope they shipped it out today.
 
Put an Aldrich in the bridge to replace the SSH+. So i have 2 Aldrich's pups with a FL in the middle instead of the SSH+ and 2 FL singles. I liked the guitar before...now i love it. I prefer the Aldrich over the SSH+, not as bright and sounds a little bigger.
