Thought you guys might like to see this. It is an article from the New York Times. It's about the "wars" that go one about old versus new violins, but substutute "Strat" for "Strad" and it is uncanny how similar it is. The prices are higher- I don't think we have seen a 6 million dollar Les Paul yet. A lot of class and status issues as well. Construction techniques, all of it. Thought you guys would like it.
