Is it possible to wire a 3 way LP type switch in Strat for positions 1,4 and 5?

Greetings all.

I'm looking to reconfigure a SSS strat with a 3 way LP type toggle in place of the 5 way switch, strictly to select positions 1, 4 and 5.

1, 3 and 5 would be a no-brainer, but is 1, 4, 5 possible? And if so, how?

If you have a 4 conductor lead, install a push pull pot on one of the tone controls the splits to the neck screw coil on the neck side and the slug coil on the bridge side when in the middle position of the 3 way switch.
