Hi all,

I'm just wondering if my Diezel cab is one of the "new made in Germany" cabs.

It's loaded with G12K100 and I bought it new in june 2008 from Thomann. The serial number of the cab is 205/005.

Unfortunately, I currently don't have any pics of my cab.

Needless to say it sounds huge with the Herbert

Regards,
Matt

Hi Matt,

I guess it is a new cab because they started using G12K-100 speakers not until the new cabinet series.

A silver piping on the frontgrill is another hint for a new cabinet.

Hope that helped.

Here's the space where the picture of my new "made in Germany" 4x12 FK100 cab would go, if I had one :gethim: :

Been since August 2nd with my cash and still no cab sitting under my Herbie

Got 2 brand spanking new Mesa 4x12 Recto straight cabs though

I have a Diezel 4x12 FL build in the USA (or wherever) and it is loaded with the G12K100, too. But if it sounds good, who cares?

I have a made in USA FL cab and I love it. It happens to be the one made with the Italian poplar ply which makes it really light for a 4x12. Anybody know the story behind the internal baffles? Who designed this cab? Was it designed for Tool?
