Is the Rebel 112x a Boogie Thiele clone?

Published exterior dimensions are nearly identical. Both are front ported, though I've seen no pics of the Eggie with the grill cloth off to see the port design. Both even have their own house-brand Celestion Classic 80 variant.

Does the Eggie have the TL-806-type slot porting? Is the speaker front or rear-mounted?
