Hi all,

Although I want a cab with the hempcone speakers I have the chance to get this one.

Do any of you know if it’s a old model or the newer model that P. Stapfer constructed?
The sticker doesn’t show the serialnumber anymore

Thanks,
Robert

it's old cab. Newer 2x12 are oversized, with different grill and input jack, Oversized 2x12 roughly 75% of regular 4x12 cab in height this one is smaller. The grill cloth I see here is the same grill cloth that I had on first diezel cab I bought, which was from 90's and made by Peter Stapfer in his garage. New cabs have handles embedded, so they not sticking out of the body. older cabs have handles just screwed in to the body like on photos you sent.

Do serial numbers have the year made inbesded in them?

Thanks for the info, I’m in the market for a neat home used one, if not I’ll buy one new. Hopefully I can find one with the hemp cones in them
