Is this Diezel Cabinet Legit?

New to the forum, but not new to Diezel.... I was wondering if some experts though could shed some light on this cab for me....I can't tell if its legit or not. What throws me off is the input plate, and the speaker combo...and the handle on top.

No German made Diezel cab.

If it sounds great there are issues.
