Isn't this "Cameron Amplification" page kind of pointless?

I know Mark pays to keep this page active - but I just don't get it? If you don't build any amps, and you no longer perform mods - then what's the point of the page? It just seems like a waste of resources to me...

No manufacturers pay for their forums. They are all there on my invitation and dime. I have my reasons for keeping the builders forums invitation only and free.

I think people can always post about Cameron amps in the general area. Not sure if its me, but I always see a trend when something gets posted in the Cameron forum. First someone posts asking about their amp that has been gone for over a year or 2, and or asking for money back. Then a few people post about how rediculous Cameron's business practices are. Then one or two people who personally know him come on and defend him. But I think I have never seen anyone actually from Cameron post and answer questions, so I kinda agree its pointless to have a site represent Cameron, yet its pretty obvious that there are many unhappy patrons.

But i guess that is all up to Mr. Brad and he can do as he sees fit

even though Mark doesn't actively contribute, I still find it a very helpful resource for finding info on the Cameron mods... that's actually why I came to Rig-Talk, to find out more about them, and there's a lot of very helpful information here despite the negative comments towards him and all that drama

despite ALL the drama and negativity......

it is still a valuable resource for people who own or who are thinking of owning a cameron amplifier , and regardless of any issues surrounding mark or cameron amplification ,his modded amps and production amps are simply incredible sounding bits of kit

I own an aldrich and Ive played a ccv-100 they both rule

Peace Yes... But I respectfully disagree, and I'm not trying to start a $hitstorm here... *BUT* He is No Crook, and neither is he a drug addict...

HE HAS Problems Yes, Medical and otherwise, and I know he fully intended, and still intends to get everyones stuff done. NOT saying that people don't have a right to be mad... BUT
I see many coming on here to flame and Talk $hit, that: A) Don't Have ANY ITEMS that Mark HAS! B) Don't Know Him, and Say they do, and C) Just say stuff that are outright lies to stick their 2 cents in...

SO, I say... If you really have been wronged you have a legitimate beef... But I do feel that Mark will eventually right it. And otherwise this space should be for Cameron owners to discuss, and enjoy their Amps! I have been playing for 30 years since I was a kid... Playing Sabbath when I was 10yrs old... AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING ELSE SOUND THIS GOOD! EVER! PERIOD!
