since i sold my mod50 rig.. i regretted it.. every time i'd listen back to live recordings, or studio stuff I did.. i just missed "that" tone.

i managed to scoop up an m4, and rt2/50 awhile back, and was back in love with my tone again.. woohoo!! long story short, some things came up with brought me to selling the rt2/50, and m4.

a local guy came over, and was ready to drop the cash on my full rig, but then decided it was too much gear for him.. next, the rt2/50 sold, which shipping to sweden. I tried to ship through a friend and it was declined for weight. then a deal with the m4 went south.. it was like i wasn't meant to sell the rig or something..

i got a call from a local guy who I do studio stuff for all the time saying he had some tracks mixed and wanted me to come listen.. he played me the recordings, and i was floored yet again by the egnater tone.. i asked him to go through the eq'ing and effects on the recording, and he kinda shrugged. other than a little eq, NOTHING was added to the guitar tracks.

i guess theres a reason all my deals on this rig fell through. it wasn't supposed to leave my hands.. no matter what gets blasted on here about egnater, no one can deny that they have the best sounding fucking gear around. thanks bruce!
