JC rig video input?

I’m getting jealous of all the cool HRI guys with their neat-o rig videos and realized I have been massively lame by not doing something regarding my dual MOD50/Swtichblade/Revenge of the 80s rig of death (HRI thread with details: http://www.hugeracksinc.com/forum/viewt ... sc&start=0 ). I have some gigs that I am spastically preparing for and then a final mix down for a new album to finish next week, but when that’s a wrap, I should take some time off to chill with some rig video. I was thinking it would be cool to mic it all up and put in into the tools in el studio so the MOD50s sound as good as possible before the YouTube tonesuckage factor kicks in. My Czechoslovakian brother, Brian Kahanek, did some nice videos like this for the Modena and his gucci Plexi. Anyway…if there are any particular things you would like me to cover, please jot it down and I will do my best to cover it. I would prefer to very specifically show how I do my thing – which is show how I map out my rig to handle my Hectic Watermelon music or the Dregs, Eric Johnson, Alice in Chains, etc. covers we do live.

No problemo Konstantine, I've actually changed a bunch of stuff the past few days of monkeying around with it. I'm getting all my sounds now from the T/D, SL2 in head A and VX and SL in head B. Getting sick blues tones boosting the B of the T/D and VOX. I'd love to pop in the EG5, but can't do without the SL in head B for rhythm when I want to toggle to SL2 for leads in same Switchblade setup or for when I need to hit SL with 69 fuzz with T/D clean on in same setup. I'm really happy to be gettign what I think are the best tones ever out of this rig! It will be fun to put some video together. I'd like to put the Switchblade screenshots int the video(s), but every time I've tried to import graphics into video they come out all grainy. I am very video technology challenged at present. Any suggestions are appreciated.
