Jeff - A module for bass???

Maybe a crazy question, but would it be possible to build a module for bass guitar? I play bass (only out of necessity) sometimes when recording, usually direct. Would be really cool if you guys could be a module that would work well with bass. Thoughts??

Just wanted to add my vote-I'm 90% sure I would pick one up if offered.

I'm sure an Ampeg clone would go over well, although I'd get just excited about an original design. Either way, good idea.

A while back, I'd called Bruce with that very question. I have a really nice active Yamaha bass, and wanted a module that clean, would give it some girth and grit, but I could also get a really punchy, low-and-heavy distortion out of it from the B channel. Bruce recommended the Bman module, and I've never looked back. Absolutely spectacular.

the times i have used it, i ran it through a higher wattage guitar speaker (125 watt) w/ the Grendel Dead Zone cabinet. Secondly, I split the signal before going into the M4 w/ the VHT 2/90/2 to be run into a Universal Audio LA610, and blended the signals.

For recording my 12 string Hamer bass I use the 2nd channel of my red Egnater preamp. It sounds great. Are they making a module of that channel?
