I've always receive an honest and speedy reply to any inquiries. I don't think they sleep honestly.

Once the M4 gets here I can finally form Voltron. The modular concept is absolutely brilliant. I researched preamps for over a year and the search ended here. Now the question is which modules for 3 and 4 ?

The guys at Egnater have always been extremely helpful to me and I don't even own an Egnater amp........yet! You guys rock. You make an outstanding product and you bend over backwards to ensure your customer gets exactly what they want. A++ job guys.

Does Jeff answer every single "post"??......nope......does he answer every single question posed to him (even though the answer is most likely in the manual)?......nope, does Jeff bust his ass every day making a kick ass amp and answering 99% of questions no matter how complex/simple??.........yep! Does he take care of bigger issues people have with their amps???....you bet! He bent over backwards to take care of me due to shipping damage. And Bruce.....what can you say?? How many gurus are actually on these forums answering posts and putting out information?? Not many, but Bruce is there......plus his designs are just magnificent. I'll likely never need/want another amp. And Frank is just a hoot all around and can play circles around most folks. I guess what I'm trying to say is that since I've discovered these guys, done the class build, bought a Mod 50, experienced first class customer service, I will be an Eggie customer forever.
