Guys:

Could you PLEASE kick some butt over there and get my footswitch problem resolved? This has been going on for weeks now.

I did talk to John. We tried a few things that didn't work. He said "OK, we'll take it back. E-mail me and Nate a reminder."

I did that a couple of times but NO RESPONSE!!!!

I think they just need to send me a RMA number and an address to send it to.
