Jeff or Bruce Tourmaster Faulty Footswitch Question

Guys:

I think my footswitch for my 4212 has gone bad. I sent an e-mail to John Ewing about it a week or so ago with a copy of my receipt attached but never got a response.

Think you guys could rattle a few cages around there and get some attention to this?

The effects loop cuts in and out. It is not the cable and not the tube because I have swapped those out and still get the problem.

I think it, like my cat, got stepped on once too often!

Maybe its upset because I think it is not gonna be on the new pedal board, which is moving towards completion...

Believe it or not, all my stuff could fit, but it is maybe best to to leave the footswitch off of it since I don't always use everything.

I'll put up pics once it is done, which should be reasonably soon... gotta get some George L's...
