I got to play an outdoor festival about 15 years ago where there were multiple genres being showcased.

We hit the stage that evening about 7, and Night Ranger, who Joel was playing with at the time came on after us.

I got up front of the stage when they went on, and got to see Joel and Brad up close and personal.

I was blown away by Joel’s tone, showmanship, and precision on his guitar.

The guy is just a phenomenal musician.

He's an amazing musician, has it all but yet... doesn't do it for me. Almost too technical at times with all 8 fingers going. But really, hard to argue with any band getting him to fill in.

I've seen him with TSO. Everybody should see them at Christmas when they come around. Absolutely an experience to see. I didn't go this year, the damn tickets SKYROCKETED, like everything these days.

ticket prices are why i didnt go. I'm not paying $400 a ticket. F that.

TSO normally does a family special where all tickets are $25. This is after the fan presale, and initial offering. Mainly because they know they have a lot of families coming and that it is pricey. I can't say that TicketB*st*rd waives it fees, so I'm sure the total is more than $25, but it's still less than most. If you want me to DM you when this happens, I can.
