They look incredible. Dark Brown Nylon, one case for a Mod50 and one for a Mod2x12. Susan over there at SS makes a great product. Heavy duty nylon, foam padding, reinforced leather bottoms.

But there's only one minor problem: I have no Egnater Amps to put inside said cases. :( :( :( :( :(

Yet... ;)

In all seriousness though, anyone who doesn't need an ATA road case, but still wants to protect their amps from the abuse of gigging, take a look at these. They rule.

Very nice, not dealing with the added weight of the ATA cases if you don't need to.

I have a friend who sews who might hook me up with something similar.

Hope your mod arrives soon!

When I started gigging regularly about 6 years ago, I really had the mindset of "Disaster-worst-case-scenario" when it came to gear and gigging. That, and I was convinced that in 2 years, I'd be touring around the US in a bus. Yeah, I know... hilarious.

I got my Bogner, and IMMEDIATELY bought ATA Road cases for the head and 2x12. Which made it impossible for me to load my stuff up alone from there on in. And then I got a flight case ATA case for my 36" pedalboard. Which was just absurd as well. I looked over at my former bandmates in jealousy when they would pack in and out of gigs with ease and not complain.

I still refuse to use a gig-bag for my guitars, but as far as amps and pedalboards: soft cases all the way. NEVER stack it on something. Keep it in a safe corner. And just make sure that no-one handles it except for me.

puss..i load mine with no pad or cases...throw it in the truck and go...

I've actually been known to wrap mine in hefty bags on occasion... back in the day. For those rainy gigs. :D
