You definitely want to click the Watch in HD option under the video... Way better than the regular playback.

ANyway, I decided to attempt to create a guitar lesson DVD. THis was an experiment to see how it will look and sound. Still need to mess with background and lighting. And in real lessons I will of course talk more about what I am playing...

Anyway, let me know what you think of the format. I really want it to be one of the most kick ass lesson DVDs the guitar world has seen (which will obviously take a lot of work...).

I'll probably post some more this week. I am receiving a lighting kit today and am hoping to get the look even better.

Definitely choose the Watch in HD option.

This one is on alternate picking technique which I know tons of players are always interested in. The next lesson I do on picking will probably be with my acoustic since I think the acoustic is the best way to develop good picking technique. Once you pick well on an acoustic you can pick well on anything.
