Just picked up a Mod 50 on the bay (pics)

Hey Guys,

I needed a gigging amp that was versatile and portable and read all the glowing reviews on the net on the Mod 50 and figured I would see what the fuss was all about. I won the one on ebay that ended yesterday and called Frank and Jeff today and ordered the Bassman and EG5 modules. I plan to run it through a Bogner 2x12 closed back cabinet and run my Trailer Trash pedal board through it live. I will post up some pics and clips when I get it up and running!

What part of Rhode Island are you from? I'm in providence (until may at least). Do you play any shows in the area? I may be playing a show or two, and it'd be cool to meet a fellow gear head, much less someone with the famed Egnater amp! Maybe we'll chat more over P.M. and have a little rhode island gear fest :rock: Congrats again on the sweet rig!

Hey Diego,

I am in North Kingstown, I have a new project getting together now that is a cross between the Crowes, Aerosmith, GnR, Gary Moore and Black Sabbath. We will be booking this summer. Keep in touch!

Welcome Brad! BMan and EG5 are going to be great for you I think. Id love to hear your thoughts on how you think they compare to your XTC. I always thought that the MHG and EG5 modules had the XTC Red thing sort of going on, but thats all from memory. Please let us know what you find out.

Nice pedalboard! Real neat and tidy. Not like alot of those messes that people on the Internet post!
