I'll chime in here. I got one a few years ago, didn't bond with it, sold it and then started to regret it. The regret hit a peak a few months ago and I grabbed another. I will never sell this one.

Yep. Same with my Runt 50. Blasted it yesterday with some SED EL34's, and a new boost pedal, and immediately changed my tune. It's a killer amp, I just need a Friedman 4x12.

SED's are much better than the E34L's. More clarity, less woof, and still tight.
I'd take KT77's over E34L's any day. I just had a new pair I wanted to try in the Runt. KT77's sounded good in the last Runt I had!

I tried a quad of SED 6L6’s in my Mark IV, but actually preferred the JJ’s to them. The SED’s sounded beautiful, but the JJ’s were tighter and much more aggressive, which is the tone I prefer in that amp.
I’ve got E34L’s in my G/C mod Triple Rec and they kill. Much tighter, punchier and more aggressive than the 6L6’s. They really brought it to life. Would love to try KT77’s and see how’d they do in there.
