Anyone know what rig he's running? I think he's using 65 Amps now, and there might be Marshall's here and there.. But i'd like to know what he's got in his board. I love his tone.. :D

You some of these newer country guitar players have great riffs and I am really digging the tone that these guitarist are getting.. I can't believe I'm saying that.
I like the tone and riffage after stupid boy by Keith Urban.
 
i just got tickets to go see keith urban and carrie underwood in march.....i'm anxious to check out his amp/guitar setup as well...my wife loves country music and i'm getting in to some of it...i like Urbans music...i think carrie underwood is pretty hot so i'll have a good time i'm sure
 
Yeah...my mom turned me on to his stuff a few years ago. He's got great tone for sure :yes:

Awesome! :D He was set to play here on the 17th of October.. the show was cancelled though. I put it down to ticket sales.. But i done a bit of research today.. and it turns out he actually went into rehab at that period.

I guess that means Keith will be back. :thumbsup:
 
Ive seen Keith Urban a few times in smaller clubs, he had a different set-up each time? the first time was a couile VOX, the a VOX Marshall 50wt set-up then I believe he went with Matchless for awhile??But he has awsome tone, a sweet old tele, great player and he always packs the place with more hot chicks than any other artist on the planet! :thumbsup:
 
He is using 65 amps now from what I remember. He used old marshall's and was very fond of the Bogner Shiva's for a good long while. I think he has used the Shiva's more frequently and longer then anything else if I am not mistaken. Great player and wonderful tone all the time. A real musician IMO.
