I got to jam all day with the Modded EG5,Erect and the HBE and what all I can say is I could have played FOREVER!!!!!!!Massive amounts of mean,heavy riffage then everybody came home But today is another Day

HBE/SL2 Has a tighter bottom with a meaner note definition,EG5 is really similar but Dave cleaned up the highs definitely more note articulation and separation,cleaner but more open aggression if that makes sense and the Erect, is the only one I didn't have 2 of to do a side by side but it really smokes!!Great huge open chords just full of massive Hairy brown eye skills,it just makes PMing with drop tunings sound incredible,my fav,it's like the Hairy Brown Erect!!Fucking massive mean tone a must have if you own an erect.All in all the mods Dave did was fine tuning to MY TASTES but the Erect went from the bottom of my list to the top!!!!I'm looking in to some recording gear,hopefully soon!!!
Let me add that on the Erect,Dave added gain too,as where it was at 3:00 stock on A it is now at 12:00 modded!!I would trade my stock EG5 with a yellow A channel led for a stock Erect if anyone is interested

My stock Grail was a smidge better than the Egnater Erect...but am willing to bet Dave's mod changes that

You better believe that Dave's mods change that! Quite a while back i had dave mod a Randall Recto module and he turned that into a mean, gaintastic firebreather. It sounds incredible, probably much like the modded Eggie Erect. It's almost the only heavy module I ever need.
