Kt88 gold lions in the 20th shiva

Hey guys, just put the gold lions in my shiva. The sovtecks were sitting at 29ma and the other at 32ma, the bias trim pot was at noon. The kt88 gold lions instantly jumped up to 40, this was as soon as they were in and amp was switched on. I put the trim pot down as far as it goes and one valve is at 23, the other at 32ma?? Hmmm
 
The amp is cranked to gig volume, now one tube is at 37 and the other is at 43, anyone think that should be normal?
 
Something's off. Where'd you get them and were they "matched" upon purchase?

Hi

Got them from hot rox in the UK. They were supposed to be a matched pair, there was 3 options, cool, medium or hot. I went for the cool, think they have given me the wrong ones and an unmatched pair. Past their 7 days return period as well
 
Sounds a little hot, 10mA difference is kind of pushing it. Did the other tubes bias the same or just these tubes? Call the vendor and see if there is any way to return them, or just get one tube that matches the lower one.
