i bought this gibson les paul studio last year and i liked the stock pickups but i decided to switch them out for an emg 81/60 combo. i installed them with ease because i have done a few emgs before.

Now i've kind of grown tired of the emg sound so i decided to put the stock gibson pickups, 490R Alnico magnet humbucker - neck -, and 498T Alnico magnet humbucker -bridge - back into the les paul and i have it all wired up but no sound is coming out of the amp when i went to tap on the humbuckers. I haven't installed anything but emgs so far, so i'm just a little confused (which is probably why it isn't working).
here's a picture of what i have going on so far

in case you can't tell from the picture here's what i have so far:
-the volume (left) and tone pots (right) are connected by the capacitor from the tone's middle lug to the volume's bottom lug on both.
-both of the pickup's cable are soldered to the respective volume pot (neck top, bridge lower) and then soldered to the bottom lug where the capacitor connects the two pots.
-then there is the 3 way toggle that has the following colors: red, white, black, green, and then a bare cable with a yellow tube around it that is connected to the green one.
-the red and white are for the toggling so i have the red one for the neck (top) and the white one for the bridge (bottom).
-the green/yellow i soldered to the bridge volume pot. i'm sure this is wrong but that's how i had it with my emgs.
-the black cable i have soldered to the thing in the middle that connects the input jack and also the metal cable going into the body, which i'm assuming is for the ground.

I know this is a loooong read but i'd really appreciate the help. i'm sure i did something stupid so anything will help.
thanks!

I'm too lazy to read it right now, but here's a diagram in the mean time:

Well, your tone pots aren't grounded. You can run one ground wire from the right top tone pot to the bottom right, then to the bottom left volume, then the top left volume. then take the body ground and ground it to the volume.
