Here's a video of my band playing Radar Love. Sorry about going out of key in the middle of the solo, oh well that's live..lol.
Using PRS SC with EMG 85, OD100se+, the rack has a wireless, GCX switcher, TC G-Major, Suhr Mini-mix, ISP Decimator pedal, CAE/MXR Boost O/D, Ground Control Pro and a vol pedal.

I saw another clip where the dude doing the video was standing closer to the stage and he didn't get much PA, the drums were all stage volume and the bass was all but gone....the guitar still sounds huge in those videos. I know the amp sounds huge on it's own. When the other bands came on stage after us the soundguy complained to our drummer that he wished my rig was still up there.

I've never heard an OD-100 sound as good as this
in any audio or video clip. I think Reb's head is a
little different from others...

JS told me that Reb is using the OD100se+ with EL34's and the Plexi tranny as is Steve Stevens, it is the same model as mine. I wish you could hear it in person because it sounds just like Reb's clips.

I will have to check, but the amp really does sound like Reb's clips.....better in person. The amp really kicks ass
I live near Cornwall(Eastern Ontario) about 4.5 hours from you off the 401. I'm 20mins from the Quebec border.

It's a bit strange, when I heard the amp in the flesh it had this very weird high end sizzle in it. A lot of the clips I hear have that too. The clips in this thread don't have any of it....

I never heard any high end sizzle on any of the CAE's that I have heard but what I did hear is a lower midrange thing that I don't like. (just not my thing!)

That said, I never heard Reb's tone comming from any of the CAE's I've played.

I haven't searched for OD100 clips in forever, but I found good high gain clips to be scarce. Some were just flat out bad, which could be the result of a number of things: bad recording gear and/or bad recording skills etc. Hopefully more clips like Mark's will surface so people have a better idea of what these amps are capable of.

It has that sound in spades!! I think that you would really dig it!!

Im going to have to ask my buddy Steve what type of Tranny he has in his CAE. Maybe thats the differance that I am hearing.

Id love to try one of these heads but I cant find one close. To be honest I love Mikes tone and dont hear a bit of fuzz, but I've heard so many say its buzzy. But then you have guys like Mike and Snider say otherwise.
