Bought Renegade 212 in Dec 2009, noisy fan and reverb was not right(another thread). After a few months amp started making a crackling sound after playing for 40 min. Had to plce a fan behind the amp to cool it(not right). Contacted Egnater, they sent me a new fan(fan noise fixed). I believe Bruce is still working the reverb issue (not a problem for me at this time, read on!) Contacted Egnater again about the crackling noise, was told to take the amp from cab and send it in. Went to Cali for a concert and decided to bring amp with and take to Egnater. Got it back went home and amp still made the crackling sound now worse! They changed the tubes and reverb board. 
Contacted Egnater again, they emailed me UPS postage and I sent the combo to them, week later went to pick it up, so F'n excited! Replaced amp changed the tubes and replaced the fan again. Get it home and they forgot to send back the power chord! 
Contacted Egnater and they took care of me within a 1/2 hr. The next day I had band practice, I live in Vegas and it was about 105 that day and we jammed for close to 5 hrs, this was the real test! Best sound I have heard from the amp, clean and dirty!
When I purchased the amp I got a lemon!!! It took a while for Egnater to troubleshoot the problem, but they got it done. Thanks for everything, Nate and John.
