**NO LONGER LOOKING ** for a Duncan 59 or Duncan Distortion bridge. Not the Little 59 -- just the regular sized humbucker

* double cream
* trem spacing

No JB pickups please

Anyone have one they are willing to part with? Please shoot me with a PM

Thanks!

I doubt you’ll find a Duncan that is double cream. Dimarzio actually holds a patent or trademark on double cream. Not sure if it still holds today but that was the case when I was last pickup shopping for a double cream in the mid to late 2000’s. I ended getting a double cream pickup from a local maker who didn’t care as he was small potatoes at the time and no-one was going to know my pickup was his.

I think can still be had via SD custom order. Sometimes from other winders, etc.

Duncan doesn't do these any more either. They used to do something where you ordered one with a loose cover and that was what was underneath. I'm looking specifically for a Distortion and a 59.

Yep I know exactly what you’re talking about . This doesn’t help any but about a month ago there was a Duncan RTM sold on Reverb . Double cream bobbins and you could tell it originally had a cover on it

Tonenerd would nail TF out of what you want, and it’ll smoke a SD.

I bought a vintage double cream JB and 59 a few years back. I also have a Seth lover set in double cream. They’re out there…
