Ive always known Diezel to have excellent customer service, but i've had a small issue with my fairly new herbert to which I cannot seem to get any help with.

Two of the fuse holders on the back of my herbert are stripped to the point where I cannot remove them without lots of trouble, they seem to have been manufactured that way - Like the plastic was melted or deformed.

I contacted diezel over a month ago, and got an initial response that the email would be forwarded to peter diezel and I would receive an answer and hopefully a replacement. I never heard back, so I sent off another email stating the issue again and asking for help... I never heard back again. Finally, I called diezel usa almost 2 weeks ago, and left a message asking for help, and once again never heard back.

Like I said, I've always known diezel to have outstanding support and communication so Im sure its probably just a glitch.

Please contact me if anyone can be of help

Please email me your address and the situation can be rectified.

Now that is service.....

If I email you my address, will you send me a new Herbert as I am not completely satisfied with just a VH4  ....
