I'm in the same boat man. I wasn't too far away from posting something myself. I've been very patient, but it has gotten very old at this point. I ordered one in June/July '08 and was told it would take about a month. Last I heard from him was on Monday 3/2. He said mine was done & in its box waiting to be shipped no later than Wednesday 3/5. I've tried reaching him since then, but haven't heard a peep.
Initially he was really good about responding back, but then he fell off the face of the earth. I finally got a response and it seemed like there was light at the end of the tunnel, but it seems he's fell off the face of the earth again.
I know he had/has some crap going on in his life and I'm really honestly sorry to hear about that, but it's not like you got on a waiting list or put down a small deposit for one of his pedals. I wouldn't care about that. When you make people pay in full in advance for a product, that's different. You owe it to the customer to deliver the product or give them their money back. Not responding to customer's emails certainly isn't going to help matters. I don't personally know him, but honestly I think he's good guy and didn't set out to screw anybody over. I just really hope he fixes the situation by either getting people their pedals or returning their money.
