M4 & RT2/50 + G-System

As I mentioned in another thread, I'm putting together a rack with main parts being the M4 and the RT2/50 controlled by a TC Electronic G-System.

I would really appreciate some help with setting up the levels, on the M4 as well as the G-System. How do you keep the masters (module and main master out) on the M4? Loop settings on the G-System?

Also, I'm new to MIDI, so any pointers would be great! Are you guys using the MIDI Map On? Other suggestions?

Here is a link for midi mapping the G sys. use channel 1-8 for you modules. Midi out of G sys to midi in to M4. M4 in the insert and u just have to work with the level settings.
