Main fuse blowing in VH4S

Hi
My buddy's VH4S is blowing MAIN fuses when you turn the amp on (the standby switch is still on Standby).
He put in new power and preamp tubes and same thing.
Any idea what this could be?

Mine just did the same thing, Where do I get the little glass fuses from ...? It doesn't look like any automotive fuse I've seen. And other than the obvious (a tube) what else would could cause a main fuse to blow ...?

Sizewise there are two kinds of glass-tubes:
US (the bigger ones as in Marshalls) with 6.3x32mm
and Euro-sized with 5x20mm.

Diezels are using the 5x20mm. Mouser should have those . . .
