Ahhhhrrrggghhh...

So I was hoping to get my MOD50 that I ordered through Indoor Storm december 12th last year within this next month or so...

But today I received an e-mail from Dave at Indoor storm telling me that he didn't have any registered order on me for a MOD50 head...

I guess I never going to get an Egnater MOD50...

Actually seriously considering buying a Mesa Roadster or Mark IV instead...
Am I stupid for having second thoughts about waiting another 3-4 months for a MOD50... :aww:

That's a bummer, but it's worth the wait, seriously. You won't regret it. Maybe pick up a Rebel next month while your waiting - you could always sell it to someone here when your MOD50 gets in. Mesa stuff is great, but can't hold a candle to the Eggie modular stuff, especially for flexibility. The guys at Indoor Storm are great as well - this must have been a computer foul up somehow.

Yeah, I believe the e-mail with my order never got delivered and I didn't really think about not getting a confirmation of the order.

I would love to have a Egnater MOD50, but... well I just have to take a long hard think about it and come to a decision..

wow

that is such a bummer. Honestly, I think it depends on how fast you need an amp. If you need one now, I would seriosly consider looking elsewhere. Waiting is very hard when you need stuff. I ended up going with Randall RM4, and I am very happy. I can still use single channel Egnater mods, so I am not totally out of eggie world.

Its tough to say that if you order now, it may be longer then 3-4 months. There is a used one up for sale though ,and occasionally a used one pops up, so if you can, grab that

best of luck with your desicion

Thx. for that..no idea how much it would be to ship overseas though :-/

I shipped a amp express mail over to Italy and the shipping was $260.00 for a 100 watt head. Check this web site for prices.

I would only ship it express mail. Thats the tracking and insured in it. I seen to many problems with mailing overseas and this way it keeps the problems to a minimum. I been working(GOING) Postal for 18 years and seen it all.

Take it from the Mail man!

I picked up a used Mesa MkIV instead. But perhaps I will buy an Egnater in the future... :)
