Manufacturing date on an Egnater Tourmaster - HELP?!

I'm trying to figure out the manufacturing date of an Egnater Tourmaster head. The serial number is 05081078M. Aside from the build date (and perhaps most importantly)...I would like to know if this is one of the ones with the "updated" transformer that addressed some of the issues that they were having.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!

that is from Bruce. I don't know about updated transformer dates

mine is 12/07, and was not "M" modded until i did it.....

im under the impression that any tourmaster with the "M" mod has the updated transformer.

best thing to do is call the direct # after 9am western, ask for nate, and ask him. he knows his shit and will most likely be able to advise you bro.
