Yes. Depending upon the percentage of their business that comes from food service, certain places are considered bars and exempt from the smoking ban.

I think my asking price is pretty low and more than fair. No JCM 800 love around here? Need more pics? Everybody broke?
 
Beautiful amp and great price but I think the custom tolex makes it more difficult to sell as it won’t match most cabs out there. There is a nice matching 2x12 for this if you can find one.
I’d be considering it if I didn’t have another modded 800 coming my way.
Good luck and just have patience and try Reverb too if you aren’t selling on there already as it’s a much bigger audience with reasonable fees.
