80’s Marshall JCM 800 4X12
Original Celestion G12T-75 Speakers
Upgraded the flimsy stock wiring with some really nice Beldon 9497
All new Marshall spec stainless steel screws & washers for the back panel, and upgraded switchcraft jack.
Years ago when I first picked up this 4X12 cab, I had it in my head that I would swap out the speakers, even before I got it home.
However, when I did get it home, I decided to at least hear how it sounded.
I was completely taken aback at how good these older G1275's speakers sounded.
Turned out, this cab has easily became one of my very favorites (and I've had some great sounding 4X12's)
With retirement, and moving into a smaller place, I no longer have extra space for my 4X12's
