Marvel mods - is anyone home??

i read somewhere a couple years ago that Marvel had only 1-2 of the mod boards left, so i bet they're all gone by now.

Marvel's buddy Setneck said years ago either on here or the Bogner forum that there were plans for a new design and board; that must have never happened.

the mod is not very complex. if you have skill with a soldering iron and laying out 6 components on perf-board, you could google the component values and pics and build it yourself or have a tech build it.
 
Marvel is currently out of business due to personal reasons. Updated MM is indeed not gonna happen.

But as Scott says, the mod is very simple to do. You don't even need any board, just two resistors, two caps, a switch and a piece of wire :). You link resistors with caps in series.

The values are:
Post-2004 Mod – 2.7K + 0.22uF (most compression but the brightest and the most gain)
Cameron Mod – 10K + 1uF (dark sounding, can muffle the sound a bit)
Brent Uber Mod – 10K + 0.68uF (more bite than Cameron, retains the most Bogner sound IMO, that is why I use it)

Darn...that is too bad. I was trying to get hold of one of those myself as well. Have to find some pictures of it and see if I can make it myself.
