Master Effects PMEQ: How To (dial in)

I had just heard about the pedal and ordered a used one because other vids I saw made it seem interesting. Its still in transit. Then I saw your video last night right after it was uploaded and watched the whole thing. Thanks for that. And even bigger thanks for not putting a big stupid face and clickbait title on it. Respect!

Tim did a great job with these! I was a bit hesitant until I compared it directly to the Aphex EQF-2. Then I was simply blown away. Tim copied the circuit just by reading the schematics and not even having an EQF-2 in hand to reference! And now, I rarely turn off PEQ's in the loop, it just defines the tone so well and makes it absolutely killer.

Thanks for noticing! Lol, as a youtuber of over a decade, I know that those clickbait pictures would absolutely skyrocket my channel, but I refuse to do that. I want people to watch my content because they actually want to, not because they are tricked by a thumbnail pic.

i love mine. i put it in the loop of my 5150 combo for rhythm playing, and the switch it off for a "mids boost" (adding the natural mids back in) for leads that cut through. i love that pedal, and don't see it going anywhere any time soon. wish i'd had this ages ago, would have saved me a lot of time chasing tones.



also, brandon... i'll give you 1400 rn for that simul sat combo, and you can keep the EV12l.
