I did this A LONG time ago (4 years or so) a guy from HCAF had recorded the music and needed someone to sing this......I told him I didn't have the Hetfield sailor deep raspy voice but I'd give it a shot. At the end he liked it.

BTW man singers get the love/hate relationship a lot so we gotta grow thick skin.

You can work on your guitar playing technique up to a point were almost everyone likes it, but even with the best vocal technique you have a unique voice and some will like it some won't hehehee
