Can you use the Mesa amp switcher to blend 2 amps into one cabinet?

I don't think so. I think they are used to switch between amps with their own cabs.

I know you can use it to switch up to four heads into one cab separately.

No you can't. It does not allow for the load to be placed on unselected heads.
