Can anyone here recommend someone for this? I have a mark iic combo I’d like a headshell for. Thanks in advance!

Fellow forumite, metalone72 built me one to convert my mark iii combo into a head.

He was great to deal with and quality is fantastic, easily as nice as my stock mk V headshell & I was able to get exactly what I wanted.

Second this recommendation. He made me one for converting my 2c+ from a combo to head. It was perfect and timely

This guy (Carlos) is really good at crafting the wooden Mesa headshells. You can contact him directly or he also sells through Reverb. Pretty good pricing, and very responsive - though he's in Portugal, so guess that's an extra 20% tariff now. Amazing all of the ways this tariff garbage is going to bite us. Guess that also ups the Gowers and Hermanssons:cautious:

Scott's work is really really nice. He made me a headshell for a MKIII+ blue I converted from combo. Came out soooooo good.

Lmao, listen to you. Too bad I might have to pay a little more for my Portugese custom headshells! God forbid!

I'll vouch for Scott Stofik. He made my Mark IV headshell, thing is a work of art for sure. Fit and finish was perfect, and he is super easy to work with.

Another vote for Scott Stofik. Made me three headshells. All great quality. Great communication, reasonable price.

They are, though last I heard their replacement headshells started around $600... with a pretty good lead time.
I think they quoted me something like $549 + shipping last year. Lead time was like 8-10 weeks, but they won't always accept orders for them, you kind of just have to call and find out when you can even order one.
