absolutely! he does seem like a nice guy and i really am happy for all the success fluff has had considering at one point he was living under a bridge according to him.

but the incessant, "this is the best thing since sliced bread"......surely that has to stop at some point!

absolutely true! when it became trendy to do the 20-30 minute vids with like 5 minutes of playing at the end...that was it for me. no more, no thanks!
 
I’m fine with talking as long as you want, as long as the playing is clearly marked in the chapter indicators.

But those assholes who call videos “demos” only to drone on and on for 20 minutes just to bang out like 3 riffs total somewhere in the middle with no chapter markers should be put in jail.

I can’t remember which YouTuber said it, but essentially the no talk videos get way less attention, engagement, and views. Pretty funny.

Huh, interesting. I suppose they would serve a much more specific purpose than most videos so it makes sense I guess.

I can't imagine the videos with endless droning on and on disguised as demos do well either though.
 
It's funny how Fluff was brought up, but he's the epitome of 15 minutes of talking demo per 30 seconds of playing nowadays. And I'm not even exaggerating.
 
Props for turning dials/ adjusting shit and not just hitting 2 chords with an out of tune low E string ??
