Kinda makes me wonder why all the shit we love hasn’t been stuffed into a box like this more commonly. Guess it would take the fun out of all craziness we go through with tone chasing.

I’ve said this a bunch here already, but I played one side by side with a current model vh4, and the vh4 absolutely smoked it. And I don’t like current vh4s, so it was definitely not bias. The vhx sounded like someone tried to recreate a vh4 from memory- definitely sounded like it was trying to be a vh4, but it didn’t hold up compared to the real thing.
