Dear all,
A question for the experts: is a Engl Z12 midi footcontroller compatible with the Nobels MS4 midi switcher. I am
looking for a robust and compact midi footcontroller which is not too expensive. I know that the ENGL phantom power through the midi cable is NOT compatible with the Nobels hardware, but I can live with that if it can switch the
MS4 switcher correctly and the phantom power of the ENGL does not harm/distroy the Nobels MS4. Should I
disable the phantom power of the ENGL if it is not compatible?
If you have a suggestion for another midi footcontroller (compact, 10 switches such that I do not have
to use bank up-down) that is not too expensive and robust. I do not need any expression pedals on the footcontroller.
Thanks
Jan
