I love my Mojotone oversized 1x12 so much that I had to get another. Creamback 65 up top and Vintage 30 on bottom. Will be trying it out later.

These front ported cab sound huge. The single V30 one sounds twice as big and thumpy than my 2061x diagonal 2x12.

Wow that's crazy. I love my 2061x so that thing must really pack a punch. Makes me even more curios of their grand canyon cab now

Nice ! I’ve got a similar setup with two Mojotone Canyon 1x12s that I stack . Sounds better stacked than side by side to my ear

Spent a lot of time with them today and they sound great. At the moment, I prefer side by side instead of stacked.

I only play at home these days and I think the Canyon 1x12’s give me a cleaner, more focused tone while playing at lower volumes. My 4x12’s and 2061x are relegated to the storage side of my music room for the time being. I may feel different tomorrow…..lol

I dig it man. Getting creative to get the sounds you want to hear is where the real fun is

Creamback 65 kills in these cabs. Odd since I found them dull and rounded in every 2x12 and 4x12 configuration I’ve tried…..even mixed with other speakers. I’ll be replacing the V30 in the 2nd one ASAP to have a matching pair.

These front ported cab
Are they comparable to Thiele cabs or different? They sure look awesome.

I got a mini stack too, with 2x Mesa Thiele cabs and they do seriously move air.
One thing I'll say, since I have 3 other 2x12 diagonal cabs; if you stuff them with batting material (glass wool fiber or denser), they will become more punchy and deep sounding, but at the expense of 'woody character'. Originally I found my Marshall 1966A top cab (2x '86 non-vented T75's) too honky, compared to the bottom version (running a V30 and a vented '85 T75 in it). I threw in some 2" thick, dense fibre wool plates and it improved a lot.
Knowing Marshall, they've probably been stingy with this even with the 2061x cabs...

I am curious if how some Avatar speakers would sound in those cabinets! Really cool setup. I love a 2x12. If I were running two for the singles, it would be hard not to want to go the stereo route if I could :P

I just threw two 65 Creambacks in a Bogner 4x12 that has two Greenbacks in it... I must say, I'm slightly underwhelmed...

I yanked the original v30's out and moved one Greenback down, kept the other up (for a potential x pattern). It actually sounded great like that... HUGE and open.

Filled it up in an x pattern with the two 65's and now it sounds too compressed and tight, lost the openess and the bite of the Greenies. Don't get me wrong, it sounds GOOD, but it did sound much better with just the two Greenies...

QUESTION: will putting in two more Greenbacks to have a full on Greenie cab 'tighten' it up more, now that there's not two giant holes? Because if that's the case, I'll just leave out two speakers... :)
