killer stuff man! The only thing mix wise I thought was that the drums and bass seem kinda small - other than that, I dig it!

I concur that the drums and bass sound "small." There is no real low end push from the bass. The guitars have too much low mid/low going on, and it's pumping a bit from it. Try a high-pass between 70-90hz, a slight (maybe .25db) boost with a narrow q around 100hz, and then a slight dip between 200 and 300hz. Then throw a low-pass at about 12khz. All these freqs may be different, so work them to taste.

Oh, and I think the kick has a nice slap/click to it, but it needs more low punch to it.

Sounds much better. One other thing I would suggest: Bring the snare up in volume and try to get just a small touch more body into it. It's kinda buried in the mix.

that's a nice tight mix - I could still use more on the low end, but that's more of a personal thing - it still sound great.

Definitely sounds like it's getting really close. What did you use for the drums?
