Got my 2008 Mint MOD100 head today from a "local to me" Rig Talker. Honeymoon Phase hard but... I have every amp known to man and all's I can say is WOW!

D/V, BASSMAN, SL2 modules

Another Happy Egnater convert!

I have a MOD 100 as well and it is a killer amp.
Spend some time with it and you will find that it just kills in a lot of ways. The Flexibility is incredible and there is not a bad sound to be found....unless you try really really hard....

Congrats on you purchase.
 
Yes, they are insanely good. You, sir, as always have very good taste in amps. :thumbsup:

Friedman modded SL+, Mr. Scary and Brahma are absolutely amazing... worth a spin in that head fer sure.

And Brad, you can't have your EG5 back! :D :D

Make sure to try the COD with a strat too! Vx may be my favorite, I have no idea how it compares to d/v. Actually, they all sound so good, whichever one I played last all of a sudden becomes my favorite. :lol: :LOL:

I can't believe how flexible the amp is. Not just the amp, hell each module can be set up for so many different great sounds. I hate tweaking but love options, and this gives me the best of both worlds.

I may have said this before, but this amp allows you to get that tone in your head, even if it changes every few days. My friend's rebel came in yesterday and he sent me a text which is going to be my new signature: "I just egnated in my pants"

make sure you pick up an ERECT.. you will love it.. it will blow your mind.

i'm layin down some tracks in the studio today, so I might try to get some clips.

Nice scores! If the eg5 isn't your flavor, then check out the erect. They not only sound different, but play differently, so I think people may be more at home with one or the other.

To add to your gas: the eg3/4 is another great module :rock:

Nice LP by the way! You have some killer gear. If I was still in Providence I would have loved to have jammed.

:rock: That sounds killer Brad, make sure to post clips and/or pictures when you're done.

I'm going to try to emulate your monster rig in a small way, and unfortunately at a lot slower pace. So far got the mod50 and 6 modules, rebel head and 2 rebel 1x12 cabs (dry being a mesa 4x12 or caa 2x12). Just picked up an m13 to see how that works for me for effects. Rebel will be for wet and/or stereo/second amp...

Still missing a m4, and e2 to fill out the other modules.

Those TM 2x12s sound great, my friend has one and it's got me gassing for one!
