Mod 50 head w/mods for sale

So I recently picked up a Mod50. It is a killer amp as you all know. But I keep thinking back to when I owned my XTC, and that is still to this day my favorite tone. I currently have the SL2, EG5, Bman, and a Randall XTC. I just paid $1500 shipped for the head with 3 sets of tubes, so that's what I'm looking for. Buyer gets 1st crack at the mods...$350 each/$150 for the XTC. Lots of references on TGP, HC, and ebay. Thanks for looking.

That XTC tone sure is sweet though...I get over my GAS by plugging in a different module :D
 
Yeah...I am. I guess I should have stopped chasing tone when I got my XTC.
 
Pretty tempted to pick up that B'Man....but have to sell stuff first :(
 
The Bman is definitely worth having if you are into that warm, fat clean tone plus a killer JTM-45'ish crunch.

Biker, your opening bid price is $150 more than Egnater was selling new MOD 50s loaded with 2 modules for. Is that right?
 
That is what I just paid for the head and mods. Problem is, you can't get a new head and 2 mods for that price right now. I thought the same thing, but in the end, not being able to buy a new one, and a price increase on the way, I bit the bullet, and bought the head with no modules for $1500 shipped, and bought 2 new mods at $400 each, and a used Mod at $350. I'm just trying to get my $$$ back.

Yes...I have a Sl2 for $350, and a stock XTC for $125

ah, OK..don't need either...but free bump...I still can't believe u turned around on the Eggie so quick but when's the Bogner coming? :D
 
Tuesday I hope :D Metal grill and class a/ab option. It's all Jerry Cantrell's fault. :gethim: His live tone haunts me. The eggie stuff is killer. The XTC just works for me better.
