I downloaded the MOD50 manual to learn more about the Slave Out jack on the back. I was not able to find any information on that feature in the manual. Does the Slave Out jack take your signal POST power stage and bring it back to line level, so I could feed an fx unit / SS power amp for a W/D/W setup? Or for recording using IRs?

I ran out of the slave out into a TC2290 for my wet effects. The problem is the signal is very hot, it is ok if you keep the amp volume down but as you crank the amp the unit from the slave out will clip. Bruce will make a cord with a resistor in line to eliminate this. Should have a Volume control on it but doesnt.

Would a Suhr ISO Line Out box help with this?

Yes. But the Suhr box goes inline with your speaker out so it's a little different. Of course you still need a load on output of the Iso box. But, It's doing the same thing as the Slave Out.

Can you post a link to the downloadable manual, please? I'll need one shortly.
